I teach Environmental Anthropology at the University of Central Arkansas. We have a project entitled Conserving Arkansas Agricultural Heritage (CAAH) designed to make local farming/gardening more sustainable by disseminating traditional varieties of crops adapted to local conditions. I'm interested in all aspects of sustainable communities; agriculture, food, energy, traditional living.
