Legalize Raw Cow Milk! Support HB 1114!

Introduced by State Representative Mark Martin of Fayetteville, HB 1114 would allow the sales of up to 100 gallons of unpasteurized cow milk per month. On Monday, January 26, 2009, the bill passed the state House of Representatives. The bill has since been referred to the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare and Labor, where it is expected to meet heavy resistance from the Arkansas Department of Health.

Folks, I urge you to do two things:

Attend the meeting of the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare and Labor and demand that they pass HB 1114.The meeting will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 4, 2009, in Room 272 at the Arkansas State Capitol in Little Rock.
